Broken Russian airfield in Crimea spied via satellites (footage)

Satellite tv for pc photographs have published the level of wear and tear at Russia’s Saki Air Base on Ukraine’s Crimean Peninsula, which is these days occupied via Russian army forces.

The explosions on the air base come just about six months into Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. A sequence of explosions rocked the airfield on Tuesday (Aug. 9), that have been captured on digicam (opens in new tab) via vacationing beachgoers within sight. The Russian Ministry of Protection issued a commentary in a while after the incident claiming the blasts have been the results of an unintended detonation of aviation munitions, in line with a record via CNN (opens in new tab)
