Secure your seat at the Automation Developer Days in Stockholm – May 9-11
We’re happy to announce that now you can register for Automation Developer Days! This year, we will focus on bringing network development and operations teams closer together, thereby increasing efficiency and responding to changing business needs. We call it NetDevOps when we integrate and automate development and operations processes. NetDevOps becomes the glue between organizations enabling agility, better quality, and innovation. You’ll learn how automation can drive operations when we share and collaborate even more.
Success stories, product updates, and sustainability use cases
We’ll have keynotes, customer success stories, and product updates in the morning sessions. These sessions will provide you with inspiration and the latest updates on NSO 6.1 and other products in Crosswork Network Automation Suite. Finally, I want to give you a preface that we will be sharing a new exciting product announcement!
Increased bandwidth compared to Net Zero
We all know that becoming Net Zero is a top priority along with network transformation to support the ever-increasing demand for bandwidth. The difficult balancing act calls for the entire industry to work together and share best practices to reduce energy use and CO2 emissions. Therefore, we will address these challenges and share sustainability use cases that our Innovation Team is currently working on. The goal is to start the process of discussion and change. To further inspire you, we’ll connect the dots between unique features and make references when appropriate.
Choose your track
In the afternoon sessions, we’ll get our hands dirty as we dive deeper into the technologies. We will have three role-based tracks. One for Developers, one for NetDevOps, and one for Operations.
Service Developer Track
In this track, we will focus on NSO service development and system architecture design. We’ll show you how to best use new product features and tools while specifically looking at the design, observation, and optimization areas. You’ll learn useful design patterns and anti-patterns as well as common “software 101” tricks to write better and more modular services.
NetDevOps Track
The NetDevOps track will address concepts such as “Network-as-Code.” You will learn how to use software development tools such as Git and CI/CD pipelines to maintain, test, and deploy network and network service configurations. This allows for improved collaboration on network changes and enables validation of changes prior to deployment.
Operation Track
In the Operations Track, we implement automation and learn how we close the loop from visibility to action. We will talk about zero-touch deployments, SW upgrades, In-Service NED migration, and observability, in self-healing networks. You will learn how to customize Crosswork Network Controller (CNC) and how to integrate with Service Now or integrate chatbots like Webex with NSO.
Get involved and share experience
Our product teams and subject matter experts look forward to great conversations with you about your challenges, and how Cisco can help. As always, we will take the opportunity to socialize and have fun. So, make sure you save the dates: May 9-11, and register now to secure your seat.
