Notice is hereby given that the following introduced ordinance was read and passed the first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Borough Council of Prospect Park, Passaic County, NJ held on Monday, February 27, 2023 and that said ordinance is will be taken up for further consideration by the Borough Council at the Regular Meeting to be held in person to be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 106 Brown Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ on Monday, March 20, 2023 at 6:30PM or as soon as the matter comes up, at such time and place that all persons who may be interested therein shall be given an opportunity of hearing about it. During the week preceding and leading up to and including the date of the meeting, copies of said ordinance shall be furnished to members of the general public who so request at the Borough Clerk’s office in the Municipal Building.
